Modern Growing Systems Company spoke at a conference on the organization of youth activities
On November 20-22, the Seventh Siberian Interregional Conference “Modern Approaches to Organization of Yunnat Activities” was held at the Institute of Cytology and Genetics, where Roman Rybakov, President of Modern Growing Systems, also spoke.
At the opening of the conference, a research project on the development of methodological recommendations for everyone who wants to engage in city farming was launched, which is launched by the environmental education laboratory of the Federal Research Center of Cytology and Genetics SB RAS with the support of the Novosibirsk City Hall, the Central Botanical Garden of the SB RAS and the company Modern Growing Systems, a resident of Novosibirsk Academpark
Under this project, students will grow exotic crops, such as mamordik, using modern technologies for city farming.
Momordica is a plant of the pumpkin family, has a lot of useful properties.
For example, in Japan, chamomile chips are prescribed to normalize sugar as part of the treatment of diabetes.
The project provides for the wide participation of young people and, as its organizers hope, in the future may become a model for attracting the younger generation to science.
