When developing a training program for schoolchildren, we set ourselves a number of goals.
Firstly, it is to acquaint schoolchildren with progressive crop production, demonstrating that it is not at all difficult to grow salads in a fierce winter.
Secondly, to involve the younger generation in a process where students will receive unique knowledge and skills. And what's more, educate the professionals needed for the expanding city farming market.
