Description and Operating principle WaterQuality-01OG
The WaterQuality-01OG sensor module is an intelligent solution for comprehensive measurement of key water quality parameters such as COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand), TOC (Total Organic Carbon), turbidity, and temperature.
The sensor is equipped with a built-in cleaning brush and uses UV absorption technology to ensure accurate and reliable measurements even in challenging conditions.

Operating Principle:
  • The sensor measures water absorbance at 254 nm (UV range) and 850 nm (infrared range).

  • Based on the data, COD, BOD, TOC, and turbidity values are calculated.

  • A built-in temperature sensor provides automatic measurement correction.

  • The intelligent system with a cleaning brush ensures stable operation even in contaminated environments.
