We have installed 10 GrowerJet nutrient mixing units for a greenhouse complex near Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Advanced Grower Systems has supplied this state-of-the-art greenhouse complex with proprietary automation systems for irrigation and climate control.

As part of the project, 10 greenhouses have been automated using OverGrower technology.
They will be used to cultivate lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes.
Greenhouse Specifications
All ten greenhouses are managed by just two OverGrower controllers.
Each OverGrower ensures complete control over irrigation and microclimate in five greenhouses.
Each greenhouse features:
- A total growing area of 3,000 m²
- An irrigation system with a 60,000-liter working tank
- An irrigation pump with a capacity of 25 m³
- Two irrigation groups connected to the pump
- Two climate zones with independent cooling and humidification systems using Pad Cooling technology
The greenhouses are divided into two types based on the irrigation method:
- Eight greenhouses use the Dutch Bucket system with drip irrigation for tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers.
- Two greenhouses feature NFT irrigation channels (flat and round sections) for lettuce and other leafy greens.

Automating Greenhouses with OverGrower
Each greenhouse features a GrowerJet-10 module, which oversees and regulates the irrigation system.
GrowerJet modules are nutrient mixing units designed for precise dosing and mixing of fertilizers, acids, and alkalis, supplying the prepared solution to tanks of any volume.
Under OverGrower control, GrowerJet-10 ensures precise management of water levels, fertilizer concentration, pH balance, solution mixing, and group irrigation.
The automated nutrient preparation process optimizes resource consumption, increases yields, and improves product quality.

GrowerJet: Precise and Efficient Plant Nutrition!
The climate control equipment in each greenhouse is integrated into the OverGrower automation system.
For climate management, CLIMATE-02OG microclimate control modules have been installed. These modules precisely measure temperature, humidity, CO₂ levels, PAR and PPFD light intensity, and the spectral composition of light.
The automated system ensures precise multi-stage temperature and humidity control, adjusting irrigation based on solar radiation levels.
